Momentum Insure is seeking a skilled Data Warehouse Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team in Centurion, Gauteng. This permanent role is vital in enabling data-driven decision-making by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. As a Data Warehouse Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, model, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources. You will develop and maintain data warehouse solutions, optimize ETL processes, and design impactful dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational objectives. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, deep understanding of data warehousing principles, and a passion for turning data into business value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business intelligence and reporting requirements
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and optimized data models and data warehousing solutions
• Develop and monitor ETL workflows and ensure timely and accurate data delivery
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making

• Ensure high data quality and integrity across all reporting and analytics platforms
• Communicate complex technical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business users to continuously improve data solutions and performance
• Document data sources, transformation rules, business logic, and dashboard/report specifications
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of BI best practices across the organization
• Stay current with emerging BI technologies, tools, and trends to enhance reporting capabilities and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
• Equivalent experience will also be considered
